We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective.

Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
If you have received an item from evokewomen as a gift, you can return it (assuming you are in compliance with our return policy) in exchange for store credit, which will be applied to your evokewomen account. If you are not already a registered evokewomen customer, you can create an account online or contact Customer Service for assistance. If you use the store credit to place a new order, please note that you will be required to pay the difference if your purchase price exceeds the amount of your store credit.
For merchandise purchased through our merchants please contact merchant for refunds or exchanges.
HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN
Please remember returns will only be approved if requested within 14 days of an order's arrival.
- Please email and include your first and last name and order number.
- Once reviewed you can send us your return using a trackable courier of your choice.
For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch. An additional shipping fee will be charged.
We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from Colorado State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items.
Please be advised that for international orders returns or exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations in the US. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.
