We want you to be totally happy with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival.
Returned merchandise must include tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
If you have received an item from evokewomen as a gift, you can return it (assuming you are in compliance with our return policy) in exchange for store credit, which will be applied to your evokewomen purchase. If you use the store credit to place a new order, please note that you will be required to pay the difference if your purchase price exceeds the amount of your store credit.
HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN
Please email and include your first and last name and order number.
Once reviewed we will email you a return shipping label. via FedEx.
For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch.
We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from Colorado State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items.
Please be advised that for International orders returns or exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations in the US. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.
