ORDERS

Orders ship within 1-3 business days. If the item(s) you purchased is pre-ordered or back-ordered, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to ship. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments. For inquiries regarding the status of your order and/or product availability please email.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as an order is placed on evokewomen.com

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.

**ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

If you wish to exchange an item from evoke women that you received as a gift, we are here to assist you (assuming it complies with our return policy). Please be aware that if the value of your exchanged item exceeds the original purchase price, you will be responsible for covering the difference.

For merchandise purchased through our merchants please contact merchant for refunds or exchanges.

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN

Please remember returns will only be approved if requested within 14 days of an order's arrival.

  • Please email and include your first and last name and order number.
  • Once reviewed you can send us your return using a trackable courier of your choice.

For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch.

We only recommend UPS or FedEx when shipping returns, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.

REPAIR POLICY

We will repair any broken Agate or Jade piece on bags purchased from evoke women.

Please email info@evokewomen.com for all repair inquiries and include your name, description, and photo of the damage. The repair fee for a broken Agate or Jade piece is $38 including shipping.

Repairs take 1-2 weeks to complete.  

GIFT CARDS

  • evoke women cards can be ordered in fixed dollar amounts from $25 to $1000.
  • gift cards can be sent via email to any individual.
  • as with any purchase, you will receive a confirmation email once the gift card email is sent to the recipient.
  • gift card cannot be purchased using another gift card. 
  • no sales tax is charged when purchasing a gift card.

Please note that we cannot replace a lost or stolen gift card.

PRODUCT CARE

Each piece of evoke women designs are hand-crafted and requires delicate handling.

Gentle cleaning of evoke women leather pieces is best accomplished with either an eraser, a leather wipe or a cleansing baby wipe.
