RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
If you wish to exchange an item from Evoke Women that you received as a gift, we are here to assist you (assuming it complies with our return policy). Please be aware that if the value of your exchanged item exceeds the original purchase price, you will be responsible for covering the difference.
